What is an Annual Pass?
The Annual Pass gives you 12 months of unlimited access to your chosen treatment, following its recommended protocol and your skin’s needs. It removes fixed session counts so you can focus on receiving the right care at the right time.
What does "unlimited" mean?
Unlimited means you do not have a fixed number of sessions to use within the year. Your visits will still be thoughtfully scheduled according to the treatment protocol, professional guidance, safety considerations and how your skin responds.
How long is the Annual Pass valid?
Each Annual Pass is valid for 12 months. Your activation and expiry dates will appear in your purchase confirmation and in your Annual Pass card.
Can Annual Pass help me reach my best skin?
Annual Pass is designed to support a consistent treatment journey. It gives you a clearer path to work toward your skin goal without fixed session counts repeatedly interrupting your progress.
How often can I receive my treatment?
Treatment intervals vary by service and individual needs. Your Skin Republic associate will recommend an appropriate schedule based on your chosen treatment, your skin or body goals and your response to each session. Your treatment plan is shaped by your skin—not by how many sessions remain.
Can Annual Pass maintain my results?
Annual Pass supports both stages of the journey: first, working toward your best skin; then, maintaining the progress you have achieved. Instead of waiting for results to fade before returning, you can continue receiving appropriate care at thoughtful intervals.
Should I try the treatment first?
If you have never experienced the treatment, begin with a consultation and our Signature Start. This allows you to understand the experience, discuss suitability and decide whether you want to make it part of your year-long care plan.
Can I make changes to my Annual Pass?
Annual Passes are treatment-specific. You cannot change your chosen treatment once the pass starts. It is also time bound. You can choose a future date for your Annual Pass to start. However, once you have chosen your date, it can no longer be changed and expires after one year from that date.
Is the annual pass refundable, transferrable, or extendable?
Annual Passes are not refundable or extendable. Since the pass is intended for the registered client so that treatment history, timing, and progress can be properly managed, the Annual Pass is not transferrable.
Are add-ons included?
Only the inclusions named in your Annual Pass are covered. Optional upgrades, add-ons, products and treatments outside your chosen pass are charged separately
